Privacy Policy

1.1. This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data at IQ Group LLC («АЙКЬЮ ГРУПП») (ОГРН 1137746360718, ИНН 7723870295, КПП 262801001, registered address: 357703, Stavropol Krai, Kislovodsk, ul. Mineralnaya, 56; hereinafter — the «Operator», the «Company»).

1.2. The Policy has been developed in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ of 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data» (hereinafter — the «Law»), Federal Law No. 149-ФЗ of 27.07.2006 «On Information, Information Technologies and the Protection of Information», Federal Law No. 38-ФЗ of 13.03.2006 «On Advertising» and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.

1.3. The Policy applies to the website iq-project.ru(hereinafter — the «Website»). The Operator is not responsible for the processing of personal data on third-party websites that the User may access via links from the Website.

1.4. The Operator is included in the Register of Operators engaged in the processing of personal data under registration number 26-25-048979 (Roskomnadzor order No. 163 of 30.06.2025).

1.5. The Policy uses the terms defined in Article 3 of the Law. User — a visitor of the Website whose personal data is processed by the Operator.

2.1. The Operator processes the personal data of the following categories of data subjects:

• Website visitors;
• counterparties, clients, beneficiaries under contracts and representatives of counterparties;
• employees, former employees and job applicants;
• other persons who have given their consent to the processing of personal data by the Operator.

2.2. With respect to Website visitors, the Operator processes: surname, given name, patronymic (if any); email address; contact telephone number; and other information provided by the data subject in free form as part of an inquiry.

2.3. With respect to counterparties, clients and representatives of counterparties, the Operator additionally processes: identity document data; payment details; position and place of work; the history of inquiries and other information necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract.

2.4. The scope of personal data of employees and job applicants is determined by the Operator’s internal local regulations and the requirements of the labor legislation of the Russian Federation.

2.5. When the Website is used, the following is collected automatically: IP address, cookie data, information about the browser and operating system, and the time of access. This data is used in anonymized form for analytics and to ensure the operation of the Website.

2.6. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric personal data, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation or where there is separate written consent of the data subject.

3.1. The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:

• preparation, conclusion and performance of civil-law contracts;
• handling of inquiries and requests received through the Website and other communication channels;
• promotion of the Operator’s services on the market (subject to the data subject’s consent);
• maintaining personnel and accounting records, compliance with the labor, tax, pension and insurance legislation of the Russian Federation;
• recruitment of personnel;
• ensuring the operability, analytics and security of the Website.

3.2. Processing of personal data for other purposes is permitted only where there is a legal ground provided for by Article 6 of the Law.

4.1. The Operator processes personal data where at least one of the grounds provided for by Article 6 of the Law is present, including:

• the data subject’s consent to the processing of their personal data;
• the necessity of processing for the performance or conclusion of a contract to which the data subject is a party;
• the necessity of processing for the fulfillment of obligations imposed on the Operator by law.

4.2. Consent to the processing of personal data may be expressed by the data subject in any form that allows the fact of its receipt to be confirmed, including by:

• sending the Operator a message via messengers using the contacts indicated on the Website;
• sending the Operator a message to the email address indicated on the Website;
• communicating personal data orally when contacting the Operator by the telephone indicated on the Website;
• signing a consent or a contract in hard copy;
• continuing to use the Website after reviewing the notice on the use of cookies.

4.3. By sending an inquiry using the contact details posted on the Website, or otherwise transferring their personal data to the Operator, the data subject confirms that they have read this Policy and gives consent to the processing of the personal data provided by them for the purposes provided for by this Policy.

4.4. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, they should refrain from using the Website and from sending their personal data to the Operator.

5.1. Personal data is processed by automated, non-automated and mixed means. The Operator does not make decisions that produce legal consequences for the data subject or otherwise affect their rights solely on the basis of automated processing.

5.2. The databases in which the personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is processed are located on the territory of the Russian Federation. Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out by the Operator.

5.3. On the Website the Operator uses web analytics services to collect anonymized data about visits, traffic sources and user behavior on the Website. The terms of data processing by these services are determined by their rules and are available on the websites of the respective services.

5.4. The Operator has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to third parties on the basis of a contract, provided that such persons comply with the requirements of the Law, including the requirements of confidentiality and ensuring the security of personal data. The volume of data transferred to third parties is limited to what is necessary to carry out the relevant instruction.

5.5. When the Operator uses artificial intelligence services and other automated tools in its work, only anonymized data is transferred to them, which does not allow a specific data subject to be identified without additional information.

5.6. The retention periods for personal data are determined on the basis of the purposes of its processing and the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including the periods established by the legislation on accounting, archival affairs, taxes and levies, and by the labor legislation. Upon achievement of the purposes of processing or upon withdrawal of consent, the personal data is subject to destruction, unless otherwise provided for by law or contract.

6.1. The Operator does not disclose personal data to third parties, except where this is:

• necessary for the performance of a contract with the data subject;
• carried out with the consent of the data subject;
• provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation (including upon receipt of reasoned requests from authorized state bodies).

6.2. The placement of photo and video materials, as well as quotations involving specific individuals on the Website and in other public materials of the Operator is carried out only where there is separate consent of the data subject to the dissemination of their personal data, executed in accordance with Article 10.1 of the Law.

7.1. The data subject has the rights provided for by the Law, including the right:

• to obtain information concerning the processing of their personal data, in the manner and scope provided for by Article 14 of the Law;
• to demand the rectification of their personal data, the blocking or destruction thereof in the cases provided for by the Law;
• to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
• to appeal against the actions or inaction of the Operator to Roskomnadzor or in court.

7.2. To exercise their rights, the data subject may send the Operator a request in writing to the address: 357748, Stavropol Krai, Kislovodsk, ul. Kalinina, 77, P.O. Box 8, or to the email address docs@iq-project.ru. The request must contain information that allows the data subject to be identified, in the manner provided for by Article 14 of the Law.

7.3. A withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data is sent to the addresses specified in clause 7.2 of the Policy. Upon receipt of a withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing and ensures the destruction of the personal data within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, unless the retention of the personal data is required for the purposes of its processing and unless otherwise provided for by the Law or a contract with the data subject.

8.1. The Operator takes the legal, organizational and technical measures necessary and sufficient to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination, as well as against other unlawful actions, including:

• issues local regulations on the processing of personal data;
• appoints a person responsible for organizing the processing of personal data;
• restricts access to personal data to the circle of persons who require it for the performance of their official duties;
• maintains records of machine-readable media of personal data;
• carries out internal control of the compliance of the processing of personal data with the requirements of the Law;
• ensures the application of software and hardware means of information protection.

8.2. Information about the specific information protection measures applied constitutes information of limited access and is not subject to disclosure.

8.3. In the event of the detection of an unlawful or accidental transfer of personal data that has resulted in a violation of the rights of data subjects, the Operator notifies the authorized body for the protection of the rights of data subjects in the manner and within the periods provided for by parts 3.1 and 3.2 of Article 21 of the Law.

9.1. The Website uses cookies to ensure the operation of the Website, for analytics and to improve the user experience.

9.2. The User may disable the use of cookies in the settings of their browser. Disabling some cookies may affect the availability of certain functions of the Website.

10.1. This Policy may be amended by the Operator unilaterally. The current version of the Policy is posted on the Website at iq-project.ru. Use of the Website after amendments have been made signifies the User’s agreement with the current version of the Policy.

10.2. Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved in the manner provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The pre-trial (claim) procedure for dispute settlement is mandatory. A claim is sent to the addresses specified in clause 7.2 of the Policy and is reviewed within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt.
