Activities in the field of information technology
In accordance with the list approved by Order of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development (Mintsifry) No. 449 dated 11 May 2023, IQ Group LLC («АЙКЬЮ ГРУПП») carries out the following activities in the field of information technology:

Design, development, adaptation, modification, installation, integration, configuration, setup, deployment, maintenance, testing, and technical support of computer programs and databases, as well as consulting services in the field of computer technology.

Adaptation, modification, testing, and maintenance of hardware and software systems included in the Unified Register of Russian Software.

Services relating to websites on the Internet
Design, development, enhancement, technical support, and maintenance of websites, landing pages, and digital interfaces with a focus on conversion and user experience.

Distribution of computer programs and granting of usage rights
Selection, supply, deployment, and support of software products and cloud services; granting of non-exclusive rights to use computer programs under a license or sublicense model; connecting clients to cloud services (SaaS) to the extent provided for by the rightholders' terms.
Pricing
The cost of a project is made up of the combined cost of the hours of the specialists involved in the work and the cost of the software licenses and cloud services used. The specific team composition, volume of hours, and list of licenses are fixed in the commercial proposal and the contract.

Information about the rates is provided for reference only and does not constitute a public offer(clause 1 of Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). The final cost of the work is determined in the commercial proposal and the contract, taking into account the team composition, volume of hours, licenses, tax regime, and support terms.
Technologies
We do not hold exclusive rights to third-party software products used in projects, unless otherwise specified.
How clients obtain the right to use:
- Directly from the rightholder
- Under a license or sublicense model
- Through access to a cloud service (SaaS) to the extent provided for by the product's terms and the contract
We carry out deployment, configuration, integration, and support of software products on the basis of partnership agreements and license models with the rightholders. Where provided for by the contractual arrangement, clients are granted non-exclusive usage rights to the extent determined by the rightholder.
